Nurturing faith in the next generation

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6th-8th grades)

Sunday AM
Middle schoolers meet every Sunday morning.  After worshiping with their families for a few songs, they are then released to their own class.  This space and time is designed to communicate about Jesus to students in a way that honors where they are developmentally and spiritually.

Events
Monthly events create space for students to connect and build relationships with each other as well as bring friends.  Service related events are also a part of the calendar.

Wyld Life
northchurch has a strong partnership with Young Life and encourages all Middle School kids to participate in WyldLife, the middle school arm of Young Life.  Club (the large scale, fun gathering) happens one Sunday night a month at Terra Nova Community Church.  Club runs from 6:00pm-7:30pm.  The schedule for the rest of the 2011-2012 school year is: Sundays, February 12th, March 4th, April 1st, and May 6th

HIGH SCHOOL (9th-12th grades)

High School Life Group
Bringing high school kids together to talk about life and faith in open and honest dialogue.

Faith-in-action
Our high school students are intent on doing things that put their faith in Jesus in action – from cleaning up yards for people in the area, to collecting cold weather clothing, to demonstrating kindness to those in need.

Events
Our high school ministry also hosts events designed to build relationships and invite friends.

Young Life
northchurch strongly encourages high school students to jump into any of the Young Life meetings in the area.  They have club and campaigner meetings that serve all the high schools in our area.

  • Club: High energy gathering where kids can bring friends to hear about Jesus
  • Campaigners: A more in depth look at Jesus and teachings from the Bible.
  • Camp: A week long summer trip designed to introduce kids to Jesus and a life of following Him.
